Hey hey! At long last, here is a commission for dangerfan who asked that I render a scene where Pearl battles Purple Vixen and her henchwomen. There was only one rule: no weapons! also I snuck in a cameo of myself cuz I'm trash and wanted to get my ass kicked by Pearl
Of course I was immediately on board with this idea and I'm so glad I could work on this. Dangerfan, thank you for this amazing opportunity, I really had a lot of fun with this one. Though I'm so disappointed to say that I broke my promise. I uploaded this one day late, so I hope this bonus sketch can make up for it:

Originality Technique ImpactThat's a really cool piece ! I'm not familiar with the series but this drawing looks great to me. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>Your drawing techniques, an especially your anatomy, is really good. I love the perspective and the dynamic poses of the characters, this scene looks epic. The 'speed effects' on Pearl are well-done too. And speaking of Pearl, her expression is really lovely here.
So yeah, the characters are really well-done, the only problem is the background : actually, it's not really bad, but it could be more detailled. You could add more light effects and shadows on the trees (you did it perfectly with the clothes !). If you don't know how to shade them, try a tutorial.
Well in summary your anatmoy is good, but you could improve at drawing backgrounds.
